I cannot upgrade. When I open my app on my way phone I get the notification that my version is outdated and I must upgrade. When I click on "更新” I am redirected to play store which indicates that I have the latest version installed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still gets the same error. This is a ridiculous experience for a app that is supposed to uphold public health.

The has English, however only about 40% of the content is English. Messages, detailed content is still only in Chinese what makes this app useless for foreigners since Google translate cannot translate texts inside the app. Please fix this

It's great that this app gets updated regularly, but too many businesses still don't know what Taipei Pass is, even though they expose the logo in their premises. Also, it's about time for the most important update, a full English translation.

The TaipeiPass app allows verification for foreign residents with valid ARC. Please submit your membership application to the Chinese website of Citizen Services Portal (https://reurl.cc/2gQZ5m). We will be adding new functions in the near future. The English version of the app and ARC verification option are in the works as well.
