Designed To Impress Rather than Practical. No self checkout option, lack of paynow/paylah and instead GrabPay and Visa (hmm). Lack of Effort on Improving app over the past 2 years. Cheers has always been a pioneer in embracing new technology, but they havent been as consistent as 7 Eleven.

What a lousy day first time using this Apps today at Toa Payoh Safra, the microwave not even seen with lights although the black cable was plugged into a round extension on top. Therefore my frozen food can't heat up, wasted $5.40 as I've opened the seal and not able to place into the box without any plastic bags in the Store so pls refund back to me and solve this horrible case or else nobody will dare to get this frozen food.

DON'T USE THIS APP! Cannot even add in payment method. This app keeps lagging and suddenly close itself. Garbage feature. Please fix this I'm reporting to the authorities about this app. It keeps lagging at the payment authentication after filling up the required info but just hangs there. Now my MONEY SUDDENLY BEING DEDUCTED but the app is still not functioning.
