I really enjoyed this game until the latest update. I reached out to customer service and no response. I completely lost everything now due to uninstalling and reinstalling the app as per your instructions on the app. The only way to log in is through FB which I will not do. The app freezes, the lines drag and remain on the screen after you have selected a word. I have to close out the app and restart it every 2-3 words. Thanks for your help!

Some ads are full-length. You can not close them until it is over, unlike most games that only require 5 seconds or so of viewing. It will show you the reward granted banner, but not give any reward. This changed recently. Played this game every day, but not anymore. EDIT: Moving to one star. No one gets back to me, and the contact us option is a dead end

My girlfriend and I both play this game and enjoy some of the challenges. We even managed to time our puzzles perfectly so we would get on the same tournament together. But lately I'm somewhat annoyed. We are both on the same puzzle, but mine no longer has the words in alphabetical order and hers still does. Very annoying and confusing as to why.
