Positives : App experience was amazing. Tons of payment options to pick from. App was very intuitive. Negatives: The customer service is non existent. You cut a ticket with them, you can be sure that you won't get any response. But they will create a ticket for same sake. I am an international customer and I made the booking from united states. I made booking for IST time but it booked in PST. What a badly made product!! Now I had to spend 200 more to reschedule. Pure BS!!

The engineers working on the app has no idea how customers are using the app. There are no alternatives to address issues such as inactive mobile number or OTP not getting delivered etc. are not at all handled. And if you are not able to login into the app, there is no way to contact customer support which means, I don't see no way of addressing the issue.
