Just switched to LGFCU recently, so far I have no complaints. Great customer service when I have visited 2 local branches and when I have called into customer service

The app stopped working one morning, saying I had to register on the app. Was using it, exited the app, 5 minutes later went to log back in, the app didn't recognize me and to register from the beginning. Once I get the ability to see inside my account, will never use this app again. Will use the full page sign in from now on. After 4 calls and many attempts to fix the issue, nothing!!! This app sucks!!!

Just a poorly designed app. Want to view your accounts with LGFCU? You can do that! Want to do nearly anything else? Not so much... It's just poorly designed with extremely limited functionality. Not intuitive or user-friendly at all. Slow navigation and loading.
