How to add your personal account number?

1️⃣ Find your personal account number on the receipt for payment of electricity supply from ZHOEK
2️⃣ Enter your personal account number in the menu to add a personal account and your last name

Your personal account number has been successfully added. Now you can transfer meter readings, view the history of charges and indicators, as well as pay for electricity directly in the application.

❓ How to pay for Zhytomyroblenergo electricity using the Zhytomyr Energo mobile application?
1️⃣ Go to the "Payment" menu
2️⃣ Enter the amount of your payment
3️⃣ Go to the next menu and enter the details of your bank card required by the system

✅ Done! Your payment has been successfully completed, and the amount of your debt will be updated instantly!

💬 According to the current rules, transmitted indicators with dates two days before the end of the month and 3 days after - are equated to indicators at the end of the month. That is, the transferred indicators with dates:
