I ordered a sewing machine from this company on August 29, 2020 an the Cost was deducted immediately. As of June 15, 2020 my order has not arrived. I am very disappointed and requested a refund. The company is not reliable and doesn't fill orders within the delivery policy. In addition, they have a 7 to 35 business day policy and will not answer phone calls. Emailed and it's the same message blaming it on Covid 19 but has a full payment of the order. Delivery services are functioning.

This app sucks . Cant click on anything. Cant track my order. Makes me wonder what , if even any type of product I will recieve . Very skeptical.

For low quality and slow service from China. Will never order again. The products are definitely NOT life-changing!
