An app that had major accessibility issues, now have become completely inaccessibile. Absolutely no interaction with Google TalkBack. Earlier, i could, after some experience, do basic tasks on the app. But now, right after the app is started up itself, there is no way one can navigate with TalkBack. Total disappointment, complete disaster. Hope someone from the tech team would reach out.

Worst experience, not able to login in the app. When click on app the first error message I get is "Sorry. We can't process your request right now. Try later". Getting this error from last many days. Called customer care many times, they don't have solution, spoke to senior team, no solution and they have asked me to send the pics of the error which I have done. Hope to receive some solution.

Only until you get credit card they will treat you as a valuable customer & support on all questions and say many benefits.. When you complete all the formalities and they get credit for selling a credit card, and when we are not getting any benefit properly or card not working as informed us they won't even respond to our texts, calls and the request service is not at all working in the application. The customer service is also chargeable and need to wait for long time which costs alot.
