Van Gogh Immersive - USA

This app was downloaded at the New Orleans Exhibit from a QR Code. It did not list New Orleans as a City to upload the map and features of the exhibit, it crashed every time I tried to use it. USELESS. ZERO STARS Do not bother with this!. I have a brand new Motorola phone. I went on May 19, 2022.

The exhibit was amazing. However, the security guard in Schenectady, New York, attempted to get me to pay cash for a VIP tour, which didn't exist. I quickly found out this was so he could pocket the money. He did not want me to use a credit card or debit card. So, I would encourage you to use a credit card or debit card and pay right up front to avoid security stealing money from the exhibit.

Force closed on every attempt. My city (New Orleans) where I scanned the QR code at wasn't even listed. The docent at the exhibit said the app was useless and not needed and wasn't available because they just opened today. Not even sure why that mattered.
