Keeps logging me out and then asking for pin and face/ fingerprint registration after login. That's a pretty basic thing to be fixed... Now the app has updated and doesn't open anymore.

Olá Josie! Recomendamos que limpe a cache da aplicação (Clique em cima do ícone da App > Info. da aplicação > Limpar dados) ou desinstale e volte a instalar a App. Obrigado.

Regardless of login input method, app gets stuck in loading screen. Reinstalling had no effect. Currently unusable.

It has been 2 days and it's still stuck at loading your information when I try to login without any error message whatsoever.
