Third class service experience. I had received a call from there executive that they will provide a extra discount from app amount. At the time of booking slot is set for 05:30 to 06:30 for collection. But automatically after some time slot is change to 09:00 to 10:00. I continuously tried to connect with rider for collect sample but they don't respond & came at 11:00 for collection. After some time I tried to connect with sales executive for update payment in sytem but they don't respond.

Very Pathetic Customer service, customers entertained only for new bookings and income. Im tracking them from past 1 month for my invoice but nobody is assisting. Just now I was put on hold for almost 6 mins while transfering my call for invoice whereas for booking they picked the call within 2 secs. I need my invoice and need urgent help

Very poor service. I did c t scan and name wrong recorded and last one week I am daily calling here so many times but they not responding only transferring calls and again and again call waiting for hours. And in last if call connect then they always said u will get call in 5.minutes but I Never received call. Very poor service. I need reimbursement but they never understand value of others time.
