I press the button to start the test, and I get the message "Sorry, but this device is currently incompatible with the Minuteful test." No other information. A search for that message shows no useful results. Is it my particular model of phone (Sony Xperia 10 IV, latest updates applied)? EDIT: turns out it actually *is* some Xperia phones, as the good chap from Minuteful told me when he called to check I'd received the test kit.

really easy to use but it forgets to tell you right at the start that the best sample is the first one of the day and that once you start the app it assumes your bladder is ready and you are doing the test now. You can stop the app and it will restart so its not a problem. Make sure the light source is not directly above you or the shadow of the camera will block out the light. over all a very simple and well explained test. liked it.

App keeps crashing or returning to start screen after I enter my phone number. Tried uninstalling and restarting the phone, then re installed, but no different. Samsung S23 ultra. It did send me 8 verification codes in total, but nowhere to enter them. Waste of an hour. UPDATE after leaving this review and replying to the email address given above, the app has now been updated (within 24 hours) and I'm pleased to say is working well.
