Badger Notes

A great idea for an app but poor execution. I constantly get reminders to provide feedback in the app, but no link is provided and cannot find a feedback form anywhere in the app. I have also had other notifications which did include a link but it would not allow me to click on the link or even copy and paste, so I had to write it out into the URL. I imagine the developers are sitting winding why they are getting no feedback on this form that is nowhere to be found.

Poorly designed app and it's purpose isn't very clear. Some test results get added, some don't. Some appointments get added, some don't. Reading materials don't open. The layout of the app makes no sense. This app should bring piece of mind during a stressful period of time, instead it makes it more stressful than needed. On top of all that, the name of the app is so wrong that my husband thought I was joking when I shared it with him 🤣

Not user friendly at all. All your antenatal notes are just thrown together into a massive unreadable list that takes forever to sift through. Would be better if there were sections for tests/scans etc that you could look at separately. Results are also loaded out of date order and with no context for if they are fine or something that needs following up, leading to extra stress and time wasted phoning the midwife for answers! Could really use an overhaul.
