Good and convenient. One major issue. Example: while listening to music and joining a call with the doctor, both play at the same time in the speakers/headphones with weird listening effects as if an equalizer is jumbled up. It cannot take over the headphone from the music player.

App is really helpful and user-friendly. A couple of feature additions will make this app a must have. Multiple profiles on a single phone, being one of them. Also doctor details are easily available but not the address of the hospital/clinic where we went for consultation. That can also be considered.

I paid for an appointment but the booking failed. My money got debited from my account and when I wrote to their customer care, they first responded saying I would get the refund in 2 days. It's 2 months now and I haven't received my refund. To make things worse I am not told by doc on that I should chase paytm since that was the gateway. Pathetic service and faulty app. If you use, be ready to loose your money. In fact most of the negative feedback is related to payment.
