About this game

This is a digital companion for the Yummy Yummy Monster Tummy card game.

Yummy Yummy Monster Tummy is a co-operative card game of color matching for 2-4 players. Your goal is to complete each level by feeding all of the Creatures foods they like.
Each level consists of several Creatures that you must feed. Once a Creature opens its mouth, it’s ready for you to feed it! In any order, each player chooses one Item card from their hand to feed to the Creature by scanning the card’s QR code, which is located on the back of the card. When feeding a Monster, you must feed it Item cards that combine and mix into a color that is similar to the Monster’s fur color. If you feed a Monster a mix of Items that do not result in a mixed color that is similar to their fur color, all players lose the game and must start the level over again.
You can play Yummy Yummy Monster Tummy in either Story Mode or Party Mode. In Story Mode you will follow the story and unlock new Locations and Items by completing levels. On higher levels, you will also meet new Creatures. Some of them have exciting special abilities that provide additional fun challenges!
In Party Mode, you can play a single game session using all of the Items you have unlocked so far. This allows you to experience the game without worrying about the story.
Once the app and a scenario are downloaded, the app doesn't require any internet connection during gameplay. The language can be selected within the app. The app saves your progress through the campaign, so you can stop and pick up again whenever you like.

My 6 and under children really enjoyed this. The music was repetitive and i had to turn it off, the monster noises weren't unique and gave strong telly tubby vibes. It felt very quickly finished. The story mode offered no story, no intro, no depth, no finish. We played it correctly all the way through. It was difficult to imagine how certain colors could be made, especially with hue and saturation. I thought it was a little bit entertaining but really needed more thought. I wanted an ending.

My previous review didn't stick I guess so here it goes again. Basically the card sensing with the app is not great and can be frustrating as there's no direction on how to get the card to scan well. I suggest that you tap the card over the camera and slowly raise it to the recommended height that seems to work more than just dancing the card around in the air

This app does not run well on Android devices. Please put out a bug fix to help optimize for Android. Tried on multiple devices and each had stuttering to the point that cards couldn't even be scanned. Video and audio both skipped
