При регистрации сделала 1 опечатку в цифре номера телефона. Исправила, в профиль заходила спокойно, вебинары смотрела. Но как только дело дошло до перевода баллов, у меня возникли проблемы. Звонила в техподдержку, меня отправляли к фарм.представителю, чтоб он подтвердил мой номер телефона. Мед.пред. подтвердила. Техподдержка сработала "отлично". В итоге в профиль я зайти уже не могу и зарегистрироваться на свой номер не могу. Какую оценку мне поставить, где 1 опечатка создаёт такие проблемы? 1.
