Vocabulary is more than one dictionary dictionary; Specifically, it allows you to consult 36 language resources at the same time. On the other hand, it offers bilingual, multilingual, synonym dictionaries, corpora, Xuxen spell checking etc. in Basque. By default, the following 8 language resources are queryed:
- Elhuyar Dictionary
- Euskalterm
- Euskaltzaindiaren Hiztegi Batua
- Labayru Dictionary
- Complete Basque Dictionary
- UZEI's Synonym Dictionary
- Specifically Vocabulary
- Encyclopedic Dictionary of Science and Technology
If you want, you can search all of these resources together, or you can customize the query resource list and change it whenever you want, taking into account current needs. Depending on the resources you select, you have more than one language option, as long as it is Basque (Spanish, French, English, German, Latin, Japanese ...).
The application is very easy to use, and if you search from Basque, it also has the ability to "search" the dictionary "HiztegiAPP". In other words, if the user does not know the meaning of the word "dream", for example, the HiztegiAPP application will find the "come" root of the "come" search and the user will see the search result of the latter. To do this, simply activate the "lematization" option at the end of the resource list.

HiztegiAPP is more than just a dictionary, as it offers the possibility to consult 36 linguistic resources at the same time. Among them are bilingual dictionaries, multilingual dictionaries, synonyms, various corpora and the Xuxen spell checker. By default, the application queries these websites:
- Elhuyar Dictionary
- Euskalterm
- Euskaltzaindiaren Hiztegi Batua
- Labayru Dictionary
- Complete Basque Dictionary
- UZEI's Synonym Dictionary
- Specifically Vocabulary
- Encyclopedic Dictionary of Science and Technology
You can search in all those resources at the same time, or if you prefer, you can customize the list of resources that you want to check. That list can be modified whenever you want, according to the needs of each moment. Depending on the resources that are chosen, the application offers different language options, apart from Basque (Spanish, French, English, German, Latin, Japanese ...).
It's very easy to use, and it also allows you to "flip" the search. For example, if the user does not know the meaning of the word "nentorkizun", the application will search for the root of that verbal form, and the user will see the result of that last search. For this, just activate the option "lematizazioa" in the list of resources.
