UOL HOST Launches Professional Email Application
The Host Mail app is another service that UOL HOST offers to make life easier for its customers. Simply enter the email with your custom domain and password you will already be automatically directed to your inbox and you will be able to browse in complete safety.
From there, you can add up to ten emails from your company or use emails from other providers in the same application, such as Yahoo, iG, Gmail, Globomail, Terra, Sapo and AOL, to accept the IMAP configuration.
With a very practical and simple interface, you can choose to browse all the mailboxes, unified, or by e-mail account, individually. The organization of the accounts is made by names, which you choose yourself, and colors.
The alert that there are new emails is recorded in the application icon or in a notification on the device's screen. The mailbox is automatically synchronized in the application, which allows you to send and receive attachments of up to 25 MB per message.
After the first time you type an email, the app records this recipient, and in the next few times already makes the suggestion of the address. Another facilitator is the search option, which is also available for the fields of origin, recipient, copy and subject.
Another great advantage of the Host Mail app is the use of the IMAP protocol. With this technology, all sending and receiving of emails is done on the server itself and not on the cell phone or the user's computer. That way, you keep all the contents of the emails on the server, and you can access your mailbox from anywhere: webmail, e-mail readers (eg Outlook), tablet or mobile. Even if you change or lose your phone, tablet or computer, your messages will be on the server and synchronously.
