We have introduced the ability for Managers to send messages directly from the app in this update along with a host of stability and performance improvements.
This update introduces an enhanced Dashboard with quick-access buttons to Registrations and a configurable button that you can assign to a Label. Managers can now see the contents of their sent items and we have improved the navigation around message lists. We have also made numerous performance and stability improvements too.
We highly recommend you install this update that introduces a new-style dashboard as well as simplified Inbox tabs and an Overdue filter within the Manager's sent items. We've also included a number of stability and performance enhancements.
We have introduced a Sent Items folder providing an up to date status of communications. From here, Managers can check the status of messages they have sent, who has received, opened and acknowledged acceptance along with the ability to send chasers to any recipient yet to respond.
In addition, we have added a handy tour for new users along with a 'Forgotten Username' option on the login page
