Hari Raya Aidil Adha (Arabic: 'Eid Ul-Adha) or Hari Raya Hajj is a festival celebrated all over the world. It is the biggest festival in Islam besides Aidilfitri which is celebrated every 1 Syawal. Aidiladha is celebrated on the tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth day of the month of Zulhijjah every year. Starting with Takbir Aidiladha on the night of 10 Zulhijjah, followed by Eidiladha prayer and the Aidiladha sermon on the morning of 10 Zulhijjah, the celebration is followed by the sacrifice that can be done either on 10 or 11 or 12 or during the day of 13 Zulhijjah.

Aidil Adha is a special celebration because it is a day for Muslims to commemorate the story of the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim in fulfilling God's command and the patience of his son Prophet Ismail in fulfilling God's command

In addition, one of the special features of Aidiladha and Hari Tasyrik is the sacrificial worship. This sacrificial worship can only be done in four days, starting from the time after the preacher delivers the Aidiladha sermon until before sunset on the 13th day of Zulhijah.

In terms of language, korban means close, while in terms of terms it means carrying out religious orders or obeying God's orders because you want to get closer to Him.
