The COVID-19 epidemic is impacting our lifestyles and biological rhythms. The confinement and the current stress could particularly weaken our sleep and modify our consumption, which can have negative psychological consequences in the medium and long term.
In this context, the SANPSY unit, the CHU of Bordeaux and the CH Ch. Perrens, have developed an application allowing to detect sleep and morale problems and to evaluate its consumption of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis and screens, in order to offer follow-up and personalized recommendations to improve their well-being and quality of life.
Do you want to know where you are with your sleep and your consumption to better face the current problems linked to deconfinements?
Chat with Louise and Jeanne, our two virtual companions, for a quick review of your consumption and/or your sleep.
Depending on your answers, personalized solutions to control your consumption and improve the quality of your sleep will be offered to you: personalized advice to put in place and monitoring tools (sleep diary and consumption diary).
You can then discuss regularly with Louise and Jeanne to evaluate together the evolution of your sleep and your consumption.
If, despite this support, your consumption or your sleep are still a problem for you, we will put you in touch with a health professional in New Aquitaine or we will give you contacts to be taken care of for other regions in order to support you.
Remember to follow our advice which, if implemented, can considerably improve your quality of life.
