How does qualifying work? EURO 2021: How it works
The group stage draw took place in February, with the competing countries divided into ten groups of five or six.
The competition of euro 2020 will be made up of 24 teams in six groups.
The top two in each group will progress to the round of 16 with the fourth placed team eliminated.
Every country plays two matches each against the other nations in their group; points from both matches will be added to the group table. The ten group winners qualify directly for the final tournament.
St Petersburg and London will take on matches originally scheduled to be played in Dublin, while fixtures arranged for Bilbao will now be played in Seville.
EURO 2021 is pressing ahead with plans to stage the European Championships across 11 host cities this summer, despite fixtures being moved from both Dublin and Bilbao.
The 11 venues are: Amsterdam, Baku, Bucharest, Budapest, Copenhagen, Glasgow, London, Munich, Rome, Seville and St Petersburg.
