Welcome to the Caregiver App! The very best support for caregiving! The app makes it easy to provide or receive care together. Create a care group with your family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances in a few simple steps. See immediately who is coming to the doctor's appointment, how things are going, who brings the groceries and know whether the medication has been taken. The app offers you many useful functions that relieve you as a carer or care recipient in arranging and organizing, so that there is more time for what it is really about.
The App offers a number of useful tools for this: logbook, agenda (shared and personal), medication assistance, chat, contacts, allergies and disorders. We will of course ensure that your data is safe.
The logbook allows everyone to see how the care recipient is doing and provides access to all activities that have taken place in the care group in one place.
With the medicine assistant you can easily receive reminders when it is time to take the medicines and see if they have already been taken. You can add medicines using the RVG code of the medicine. If this code is recognized by the App, the drug name, ATC and active substance are automatically entered. Of course you can also search by the name of the medicine.
We have included a chat and calendar function in the App to make it easy to keep in touch and to consult with each other. All members of the group who have rights to do so can then read the chats. If you add a new member to the group, they can also see the older chat messages so that they are quickly informed of all developments. With the shared agenda it is easy to see which appointments are available and who is coming!
All kinds of contacts can be recorded in the App, such as neighbors, family, general practitioner, pharmacy, hospital, taxi services and much more! Handy, because everyone then has the correct contact and address details.
Allergies and disorders can also be registered, so that the members of the care group can take this into account. For example: a food or drug allergy.
