Maulid Diba' is the Book of Mawlid by Al-Imam As-Syeikh Abdurrahman Ad-Diba'i. He was born in 866 H and died in 944 H. He was also an honest man, gentle in speech and beautiful in his language. His works are numerous and the most famous is of course Mawlid Diba' .
Maulid Ad-Diba'iis a book that tells about the affairs of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, literary. This term is taken from the name of the author, namely al-Imam Wajihuddin Abdurrahman bin Muhammad bin Umar bin Ali bin Yusuf bin Ahmad bin Umar ad-Diba'i ash-Syaibani al-Yamani az-Zabidi ash-Shafi'i.
The meaning and contents of Mawlid Diba' are poems of flattery and praise to the Prophet Muhammad SAW as well as the stories and history of his life journey strung together with beautiful words or commonly called "nadhom". There are also sholawat lyrics and verses in it and occasionally interspersed with qasidah chants, so it's no wonder that this birthday book is widely read because it contains great properties and benefits.
