My Sanitas is an App that takes care of our customers by offering them a new way to manage their health at any time and from anywhere in a quick, easy and simple way.
With the Mi Sanitas App our customers can:
- Request medical appointments, manage, reschedule and cancel them
- Search for doctors, hospitals, medical centers or dental clinics
- Find the nearest emergency center and specialist
- Consult the history of visits to the doctor and the Pending appointments
- Save favorite doctors
- Consult medical reports, laboratory tests, X-rays, etc.
- Upload reports from other centers to have all the health information in one place
- Access the digital health card (and the children's card)
- Manage the policy, such as requesting reimbursements and authorizations
- View receipts and co-payments in real time
- Consult, modify and personalize the profile of each beneficiary
- Change the account banking and periodicity
- Access the health advice library
In the App we request the following permissions:
- Calendar: To save appointments on the agenda.
- Location: To list the nearest doctors and centers.
- Photos/multimedia/files: To be able to upload documents in the Health Reports section.
- Camera: To be able to take a picture of the reports and upload them to My Sanitas.
- Microphone: For video consultations.
- Other required data that allows correct use of the App.
