Health card
: Identification data of the person using the application, as it appears in the health card database of the Canary Islands Health Service. Likewise, data about your Primary Care center and the family medicine
and nursing professionals to whom you are attached.

Appointments: Information about your future appointments at the Primary Care and Specialized Care centers of the Canary Islands Health Service.
Reports:
Reports obtained from the user's clinical history in Primary Care and Specialized Care: clinical reports, hospital discharge, nursing care, emergencies, consultations, diagnostic tests and others.
Personal history
: Health problems that are not currently active but have been relevant in the past.
Allergies:
Includes both drug and non-drug allergies.
Habits:
Information recorded in your history about the consumption of tobacco, alcohol, other drugs, and about physical activity and diet.
Constants:
Graph with the evolution of the last values of the main exploration constants (weight, blood pressure, etc.) and essential follow-up laboratory values (cholesterol, triglycerides and others).
Analytics:
Reports of laboratory test results.
Active diagnoses
: Health problems currently present as recorded in your Primary Care history.
Drugs:
Drugs prescribed in the therapeutic plan of the Continuous Electronic Prescription system. With access to a copy of your current Single Treatment Plan.
Vaccines:
List of vaccine doses administered, presenting the diseases against which these vaccines protect.
