Quickly look up your energy label or check your income data? Your personal data from MyGovernment are now conveniently and conveniently arranged in 1 app: the MyGovernmentMyData app. Is something not right? In the app you will immediately see how you can adjust your data (or have it changed). You can put important dates such as the expiration date of your passport or identity card directly in your own agenda via the app.
The MijnData app can only be used in combination with the DigiD app. The DigiD app must be on the same device and you use the pin code of the DigD app to open the MijnData app.
DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY
If you use the MijnData app from MijnOverheid, certain personal data will be processed. When logging in, your BSN will be sent to MijnOverheid via DigiD. To display the data from the basic registrations in the MijnData app, your BSN is passed on.
By using the MijnData app you agree to this processing, which is also subject to the provisions below.
• The user's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the privacy statement on the MijnOverheid website (mijn.overheid.nl/privacy). Rules on the processing of personal data by MijnOverheid are included in the Generic Digital Infrastructure Processing of Personal Data Decree. Rules on the operation, security and reliability of MijnOverheid are included in the GDI Facilities Regulation (mijn.overheid.nl/wet-en-regelgeving).
• MijnOverheid (part of Logius) has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of the user's personal data.
• The MyData app complies with security measures that are comparable to the security measures of the MijnGovernment website. The MijnData app also uses the security mechanisms of the operating system.
• The user is responsible for the security of his mobile device.
• Updates for the MyData app can be downloaded and installed from time to time via the app store. These updates are intended to improve, expand or further develop the MyData app and may include bug fixes, advanced features, new software modules or completely new versions. Without these updates it is possible that the MijnData app will not function properly or not at all.
• MijnOverheid (part of Logius) reserves the right to (temporarily) stop offering the MyData app in the app store or to (temporarily) stop the operation of the MyData app without stating reasons.
