Game on! Instructors can now start a battle between two teams in classes using heart rate monitors. Simply choose “Burn Battle” in the instructor menu and you are ready to go!
We’ve added an FTP test!
What’s an FTP test? Well, it basically tells you how powerful you are. Functional Threshold Power is the gold standard of metrics for cycling. It’s also great for group fitness classes. The intensity of the workout can be adjusted to your personal FTP. So everyone can train and compete together, no matter their level of fitness.
Plus, it sounds rad.
