AdvanceCare has developed myAdvanceCare so that you can manage your insurance and monitor your health more closely.
With this new version of the application we have changed the image and the browsing experience to improve your experience. We want myAdvanceCare to be simpler and more functional.
- Access the digital card, which you can use in our medical network of providers. Switching cards between policies or household members is now easier.
- Request refunds online, just take a picture of the invoice or upload the document and the data is read automatically. To conclude, you only need to confirm and send, without the need for paper submission.
- Having a doctor closer to you, anytime and from anywhere. After a brief clinical screening, you have the comfort of being able to talk to a doctor via video call, in order to guide you towards the most appropriate medical care and the medical prescription of medications is sent by email or sms.
- Assess your symptoms, by answering some questions about your health status you will have access to a set of recommendations, as well as the next steps to take care of yourself.
