MyIPO Lisboa is a mobile application reserved exclusively for IPO Lisboa patients.
Registration must be carried out with the mobile phone number that is associated with the patient's clinical file at IPO Lisboa or with a digital mobile key.
Through the app, patients undergoing treatment and/or follow-up at the IPO have secure and personalized access to their appointment schedule, treatments, exams, complementary means of diagnosis and therapy.
In the app, patients can also schedule the delivery of medicines at the IPO Lisboa pharmacy or request their shipment to a pharmacy close to their place of residence.
The app also allows patients to request reports for the purposes of a medical board or Medical Certificate of Multipurpose Disability, an essential document for cancer patients to benefit from the rights that the law gives them.
Through this mobile application, patients can access recommendations and preparations before carrying out analyzes and examinations, download attendance statements and consult their history at the Institute.
And because their opinion counts, they can assess the quality of care and services provided by the IPO and respond to satisfaction questionnaires.
The app also provides institutional information and also allows direct access to the internet portal and social networks of IPO Lisboa.
The information collected is exclusively intended to provide this service and can be edited or deleted by the patient at any time.
Data are processed in accordance with IPO Lisboa's Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.

The development of the MyIPO Lisboa app stems from ongoing investment projects in the administrative and technological modernization of the Institute, with a view to digital transformation.
