The App is part of ParticipACT Brasil, a research project that seeks the efficient and participative management of smart cities through an Information and Communication Technologies platform. Among the objectives is the implementation of a big data with data of public and private organizations, and data collected in a participatory and collaborative way by the citizens, with the support of a system of mobile crowdsensing. The project is developed by the State University of Santa Catarina, in partnership with UFSC and University of Bologna.
