The City Hall of Sector 4 makes available to citizens the new mobile application that becomes an extraordinarily useful tool both for the residents of Sector 4 and for those who are in transit or who have various needs related to the local public administration.
With a friendly interface, very easy to access and use, the application is available for all Android and IOS mobile device owners.
The main functionalities are the possibility of paying fees and taxes directly from the application, the management of residential or public parking (those with a subscription), the interactive notification module through which different problems can be reported, information about public parking and available places in real time, news from Sector 4, image galleries as well as the possibility of quickly calling the Call Center of the Sector 4 City Hall.
For the fees and taxes module and the one related to parking management, an account validated by the special operators designated in this regard is needed, being personal information. Validation is carried out within a maximum of 48 hours after registration in the application.
It has never been easier to pay taxes, fees and fines directly from the app with a bank card. Payments are all made safely through the partnership with euplatesc.ro and their registration in the system is automatic.
The module related to residential and public parking lots provides direct access to the online registry of the Urban Mobility Directorate Sector 4, including the possibility to request a parking space directly from the application. Data for an existing contract can also be updated in real time.
The reports module has some extremely important features, in the sense that any report reaches, depending on the type of problem, directly to the responsible person qualified to solve that problem. It is also possible to permanently view the status of the notification, i.e. when it is taken over by the responsible official, how long it is pending for resolution or when it is resolved. For each notification received, an interactive dialogue can be held with the officials who took over the notification, thus generating a history of the dialogue.
The section related to Sector 4 news gives you instant access to everything that is happening in Sector 4, to the projects of the Sector 4 City Hall as well as to the official press releases or image galleries of Sector 4.
Public car parks are easy to identify on the sector map, with directions to a free car park, as well as comprehensive information on rates, car park facilities such as charging stations for electric vehicles and more. Public parking fees can be paid either by card payment or by SMS, directly from the application.
