Based on the offered list of different psychophysical symptoms related to: anxiety, sadness, stress and low self-esteem, you check your symptoms to get feedback on the type of psychological problem you are facing. You start the part of the application that relates to your problem - anxiety, sadness, stress or low self-confidence, and you get access to psychological advice, instructions and interventions to alleviate the problem.
You apply advice, instructions and interventions within a defined time frame and according to the instructions - you work on yourself. In addition to exercises, advice and instructions for anxiety, sadness, stress and self-confidence, the application also contains a package of exercises for self-empowerment intended for general psychological strengthening.
If you recognize the need for more comprehensive professional treatment, you can contact one of the organizations that deal with mental health and are found in the attached database within the application.
Identified psychological episodes of anxiety, sadness, stress and low self-confidence stand out as the most frequent in the psychologist's daily work with clients. If they are not treated adequately, each of them can grow into a serious psychological problem and can significantly impair the quality of life.
The "Psychophone" application was designed by the Proaktiva Psychological Center, that is, by the author's team consisting of Dr. Jasmina Knežević, Dr. Jelena Blanuša, and Dr. Vesna Barzut.
