The first free interactive app in Lithuania for people experiencing panic attacks. It was developed by professional psychologists and is based on the knowledge accumulated by scientists and practitioners about panic attacks.
In the "Ramu" app you can:
- Stop a panic attack faster and more efficiently;
- Understand how a panic attack is formed and how it relates to the body and psyche;
- Check whether your beliefs about panic attacks are scientifically based;
- Learn new calming and relaxation skills;
- Go deeper and analyze your personal experience of panic.
The app is an emergency help during a panic attack that is always with you. At the same time, it is also a daily helper in learning to calm down and relax. Here you will develop self-help skills that will eventually help you overcome panic attacks and reduce anxiety.
