The application is intended to track my queue. With it, you can request a ticket and monitor the state of the queue (how many people are in front of me, expected waiting time, ...).
The application with notifications (and eMail) informs about every change in the waiting line, and informs me when it's my turn.
To use the application, the waiting room (that is, the entity where you wait) should use the redomat.com system.
Redomat.com is an ONLINE solution in the cloud that DOES NOT REQUIRE investments in technical equipment or additional devices (but they are supported in case it is necessary).
