How does the Respo Center work?
1. First, fill out the nutrition and training form. Tell us about your preferences, lifestyle, favorite foods and health. Define the goal you want to achieve. Based on this information, the Guardian of Your Goal, i.e. a dietitian assigned to you, will prepare a menu for 7 days along with a shopping list.
2. If you have questions about your diet or physical activity, or if you want to change something in your diet, feel free to write to your Account Manager in the chat.
3. Every two weeks, the Supervisor analyzes your results in a special report that you fill out. Based on it, he knows how you are doing and what will help you in the metamorphosis.
3. Access to the nutrition and exercise plan is possible during the cooperation. If you want to maintain the continuity of diet and measurements, extend the cooperation before its end.

You will receive a 7-day nutrition plan. If you want, your diet will not contain gluten, lactose, high-carbohydrate products or those of animal origin.
Respo Mam Power Package
You will gain a nutrition and physical activity plan. The exercises will be tailored to you and your goal. Training will be effective and enjoyable. Watch instructional videos and practice and you will quickly notice the effects.
Respo I rock package
In the package you will receive all plans and video consultations with your Goal Keeper. Every 2 weeks you will meet and talk about your results. Together, you will develop a further action plan.
