The acceptable accuracy of the GPS position received can now be defined, and then if not met a warning will show and the ship position will be hidden. The ship position then reappears when GPS accuracy is restored.
Also, tapping with two fingers on the map activates the new ruler tool, with distance and bearing information. Easily adjust either end of the ruler or click elsewhere on the map to hide the ruler. Distances are shown in nautical miles, kilometres and statute miles.
In this interim release we have addressed a possible issue when registering new users through the app. The fix has improved stability of the app while signing up. We continue to work on improving the app and look forward to your feedback.
With this release we have focused on improving the ease of use and simplicity of the map controls. We've reduced button clutter, and made it intuitive to understand how sub-menus appear, and how to see if weather, airways, waypoints or airports are activated. The aircraft position can now be locked to the center of the map when in flight.
With this release routes are now returned as they are found, with the first routes now arriving in seconds. Routes now include source information, such as Recently Filed, ATC Preferred, or freshly generated.
Company Preferred Routes are now displayed at the top of the list. EUROCONTROL and system alerts are also consolidated into a single popup.
Autorouting to alternates is now also available, with the results shown on the moving map.
During the QuickFile process, users can now change the status (STS) of their flight plan; especially useful for HEMS operators needing to specify MEDEVAC or HOSP, quickly and easily. Also, the Templates features now include default additional AFTN addressing, opening up this feature for military and other special mission flights.
A number of bugs were fixed also.
We have added the templates feature that you have come to love from our web-app so you can quickly copy all pre-defined parameters of a flight into a new flight plan including ICAO field 18 and field 19 items.

This is a user experience enhancement release that brings you a redesigned flights overview page.
Using a clearer layout and bolder fonts to make identifying the relevant active, draft or historic flights easier with a quick glance.
In addition, the search function now adds searching for flights by airport IATA code on the flights overview pages.
Accelerated loading of flight list and data pages
With this release you can take a photo of fuel bills, hotel receipts and other documents and add them to a flight.
You can then send them back to dispatch with the flight details or archive it in your own account.
This versions adds visualisation of SIDs and STARs. You will also see this as an added item on the data update page.
