Russian keyboard for cupcake only. Enable it in Settings> Locale & text. "Select input method".
Keyboard for firmware 1.5 (cupcake). It is included in the "Local and Text" settings. Disable other keyboards.
Shift + Space switches the language on the slide-out keyboard. More details on the site.
