Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad Yusuf was born on April 15, 1952 in Andijan region.
He studied at the "Mir Arab" madrasa in Bukhara, then at the Imam Bukhari Institute of Islam in Tashkent.
As soon as he graduated from the university, he worked in the magazine "Muslims of the Soviet East".
