Fridays, Navami, Shukla Paksha chaturdasi and Pournami, Sankaranthi days, first day of every month and first day of the year, Grahana Samaya(times of eclipse), and on birthdays, Navarathri times both vasantha and sarannavarathri.
If one chants this during Grahana times, it gives 1000 times more benefits than during normal chanting
