Vektklubb's new app makes it easy to record the calories you eat and how much you burn through exercise. We give you a suggested menu that you can follow and thousands of calorie-calculated recipes that can be used as inspiration in everyday life. Our service is based on the Norwegian Directorate of Health's dietary advice and has been developed in collaboration with experts in weight loss, nutrition and exercise since 2005.

How to use the diary:
1. Press the plus icons to record food or exercise .
2. Search for foods, recipes or activities.
3) When you have finished recording food or activity, the diary will be updated and you will see how many calories you have left for the day in question. In the diary, you get a simple overview of everything you have logged and also allows you to follow the development over time.
