With the Veterinary App, choose what you want among the most popular veterinarians and make an appointment.
In order to start the registration process, you must first download the application. Then open the application. In the first window that opens, you will be asked to enter your number. Enter your number without a leading zero. After logging in, you will be asked for a confirmation code for confirmation. The confirmation code is the 6-digit code sent to the SMS section of your phone. After entering the code correctly, the registration page will open.
On the page that opens, let's enter information such as name, surname, profile photo and log in.
Choosing a Veterinarian
Let's take a look at the home page first. If you want to search for a veterinarian according to your pet, click on the "veterinarian" button on the main page. Animal categories will appear. Choose the one that suits you best from cat, dog, bovine, bird, fish, spider, rabbit, duck hamster, snake, frog, turtle. Thus, you will see veterinarians serving in that category.
If you want to make an appointment with the veterinarian you already follow, click on the "followed veterinarians" option in the category of animals. If you do not have a specific veterinarian in mind, come to the home page. Below is the "recommended veterinarians" section for you. Here you can choose a veterinarian. Finally, to find a veterinarian, you can click on the "search veterinarian" section on the main page, search for the veterinarian you want and make an appointment.
Appointment Making Process
Click on the “veterinarian” section below to make an appointment with the veterinarian. Enter the profile of an animal you choose there and choose a veterinarian. When the veterinarian's profile is opened, you will see the "make an appointment" section at the bottom of the page. Click on it. Select the day you want to make an appointment from the calendar section at the top. If the veterinarian has made an appointment for that day, it will be written in the green box below. You need to click on the appointment and select it. Then press the confirm button below. The payment page will open in front of you. Your appointment will be made after payment.
Appointment Change Process
The customer has the right to change his appointment with the veterinarian for once. To change your appointment time, enter the "appointment" page. Here, upcoming appointments will be shown in green, past or canceled appointments will be shown in red. Click on the appointment you want to change. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right. Press the reschedule button. Select the new day and time from the calendar on the page that opens. If the vet has made an appointment for this day, it will be shown in green. You can choose.
Canceling
an Appointment To cancel an appointment, go to the appointment details section and click on the “three dots” button. Click cancel appointment and confirm.
Veterinarian Follow-up and Message
If you want to follow the veterinarian, press the "follow" button in the profile of the veterinarian. You can see the vets you follow in the "followed vets" section of your profile. To send a message to the veterinarian, enter his profile. Click on the message icon next to the make an appointment button at the bottom. In this way, you will be able to communicate with the veterinarian. To see the response from the veterinarian, you can enter the message section at the bottom and check it.
Pet, Vaccine and Disease Addition Procedures
From the profile section, you can update your profile photo and name again. In the Pet transactions section, you can add and update information about your animals. First of all, go to my pets section to add your pet. Press the Add pet button. Enter your pet's information here. To add it, press the "Add to my Pets" button.
Account Deletion or Account Change Operations To
delete an account, click the "delete account" button in the profile, and to log out and log in with another account, press the "logout" button and confirm.
