Voice Speed Trap is a very simple plug-in for Speed Trap. It's like a widget but it's goal is the integration with Google Now or your preferred voice application. You can say "Open Voice Speed Trap", in this way the Speed Trap service will be started if currently stopped or stopped if currently started.
