Dialogues with unanswered messages are always at the top of the list. This eliminates the possibility of forgetting about the dialogue.
The head of the sales department sees the dialogues of all managers and their notifications about unanswered messages. So he will be able to track how and with what speed managers respond to messages.

What has changed:
