TRAINING
Whether running beginner, fitness runner, athletic runner or walker, we have the right training and motivation plan for every type and personal goal. Just choose your individual level of performance and get - or stay - fit with the motivation plans already in the dark season. 12 weeks before your personally selected BARMER Women's Run appointment, you can select your desired distance (5 km or 8 km, walk or walk) and get ready for the event for your track. The Women's Run Training App uses this data to create your own personal training plan right up to the Women's Run. In the integrated calendar, you immediately recognize on which days you should schedule a training session. With the added tips on equipment, nutrition and exercises, the app provides you with a good dose of motivation to keep you on the ball.
