Terms of receipt:
- In case of a long delayed payment information will be transferred to the CBI.
- The maximum annual interest rate, including the loan interest, as well as all other commissions and expenses for the year (Annual Percentage Rate APR) is 35%, and the minimum is 3%. Annual interest for using the Credit - min 1%, max 31%.
- In case of violation of the deadlines, the amount of the penalty is 0.10% of the amount of delay per day, but not more than 10% of the Loan amount;
- Extension of the Loan is possible with timely informing the lender and paying interest for the initial term of the Loan. Additional commissions for the extension of the Credit are not provided.
- The maximum debt repayment period is 365 days;
- The minimum maturity of the debt is - 62 days;
An example of calculating a loan: If you take 500 UAH for 95 days, you will need to return 500 * 0.01% * 95 = 4.75 UAH interest for use. Together with the body of the loan, this will be 500 + 3.25 = UAH 504.75.
