This is a membership booklet app exclusively for the National Gumi Electronic Technical High School Alumni Association. Any alumni can use it. (Alumni, faculty, and staff). You can use the ERP homepage for the alumni association along with the apps for each group, etc.
The main functions are
1. You can use the PC homepage that is linked to the smartphone app.
2. Each group under the alumni association can create and use a separate app for each group. (Alumni Association + each group + regional group + club). Create a separate app for each group, and use one ID for the entire ID.
3. The administrator can manage members by group. (Send text messages and emails by group)
4. You can send posts to all members or select groups as push notifications. (Free)
5. If you register photos and texts taken with the smartphone app, they will be registered on the homepage at the same time.
5. You can check the status of respondents by item and count the results of surveys and voting, such as attendance at events, in real time with your smartphone.
6. Search and select a member from the membership list to see their photo and contact information, and send them immediately by selecting a phone number or email. (No need for a separate membership booklet)
7. When you sign up, the administrator will receive a notification, and if the administrator approves on the spot, the subscriber will also be notified immediately. (From membership registration, approval, and use, all happen in real time.)
8. You can also send condolence text messages (SMS) to all members for free. (Wedding, obituary)
