The Egyptian cuisine is divided into sub-kitchens where regular Egyptian food is served, as well as special dishes such as Scandinavian cuisine, Saidi cuisine, rustic cuisine, Bedouin cuisine, and popular cuisine. The capital is a mix of former kitchens as well as Italian, Indian, Gulf and Shami cuisine. We rarely find French or East Asian cuisine.
