The National Petition is an internet-based public communication channel where you can file all civil complaints, citizen suggestions, and policy discussions regarding the government. It is connected to all administrative agencies (central government agencies, local governments, education offices), the judiciary, and major public institutions, and is operated by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea.

- Civil complaints/policy Q&A: Provides simple and detailed search functions to search civil complaints/policy Q&A.
- Application and confirmation of civil complaints, proposals, etc.: You can apply for civil complaints, proposals, etc., and easily check the processing status of applied civil complaints, proposals, etc. on the app.
- View public proposals: Provides a function to search and view submitted proposals.

[Required access rights]
- Microphone: Used to allow you to write the title and content by voice when applying for civil complaints, etc.
- Photos and media: Used to allow you to attach photos and media files when applying for civil complaints, etc.
- Phone: Used to check the status of the device.
- Camera: Used to allow you to attach photos or videos after taking them when applying for civil complaints, etc.

[Optional access rights]
- Notifications: Used to display notifications.
- Location: Used to check the location of complaints .

* You can use the app even if you do not agree to optional access rights.
* If you do not agree to optional access rights, you may have difficulty using some of the service's functions normally.
* You can set whether to allow access rights in the Phone Settings > Applications > National Library > Permissions menu.
