Ten Missionary Vision
1. A church revived by evangelism
The evangelizing church must be revived. The reason is that evangelism is a delight to God. I want to build churches that never have been able to come to church so that they can be saved and become children of God.
2. Church with worship to change the life
God has made us worship (Isaiah 43:21). The success of worship leads to the revival of the church. I want to build a church where worship with healing and restoration, worship with impression and testimony are constantly performed by worship where the Holy Spirit is present.
3. A church that builds disciples of the Lord through word training
Raising a disciple was the method Jesus used to save the soul. In order to build a church that the Lord wants, we must nurture His disciples through thorough Word training. I want to build a devoted disciples who resemble Jesus through word training.
4. Churches with the Most Vibrant Church Schools and Youth in Korea
Through the Church, which has the most vigorous church school in Korea and a youth group, I dream of a church that is 10 years and 20 years later.
5. A church that gives birth to a family like heaven
Home is the place God made. It is God's pleasure that the home is at hand. I want to be a church that gives birth to a family like heaven, and that is where it becomes a monotheistic church.
6. Church developing saints gifts
What God wants is the gift of the saints to be discovered and developed. I want the Saints to be a strong church that finds and serves the gifts that God has given them.
7. Churches that multiply small groups like families
The secret of the revival of the early church was in a family church (small group) like a family. I dream of a reviving church through small groups like the early church.
8. A church that makes 60% of its members participate in mission work
Mission is the Lord's command. In the early church, we can see that mission has been done through the church. In order to become a missionary church, the Il Shin Church also wants to establish a church that participates in and sends more than 60% of its members to mission work.
